1. Accepted payment methods

APEX does not accept credit or debit cards. We accept the following methods, so we can settle quickly and pass savings on to you:

2. How an order works

  1. Place your order at checkout with your name, phone, and address, and choose your preferred payment method. No card is required and nothing is charged online.
  2. You'll receive an order reference (e.g. APX-XXXX), and a dedicated sales agent will call you — usually the same business day — to confirm your order.
  3. Your agent securely finalizes payment with you by your chosen method (wire, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Chime, or crypto). We email you a confirmation once payment is received.
  4. We arrange freight and email tracking. Large items ship with insured white-glove delivery; freight is quoted to your address.

Reserved orders are held for 3 business days awaiting payment confirmation, after which unpaid orders are released and the items returned to stock.

3. Important: payments are irreversible

Wire, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Chime, and crypto payments cannot be reversed or charged back the way a card can. Confirm the payment details and amount with your sales agent before sending, and only send payment for orders you intend to complete. Your agent will only ever direct payment to APEX's verified accounts — if anything looks off, contact us first.

4. Returns

  • Single units: returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original, undamaged packaging. The buyer covers return freight, and a restocking fee (typically 10–15%) may apply to large or installed items.
  • Bulk pallets & clearance: sold as described and are final sale.
  • Installed systems (solar, HVAC, pools, spas, etc.) are non-returnable once installation has begun, but remain covered by their manufacturer warranty.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your delivery on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hourswith photos and your order reference. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. All products are authentic and carry their full manufacturer warranty.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued by the same method you paid with (or as store credit if you prefer), within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. For wire and crypto refunds, please provide accurate return account details.

7. Order verification

To protect both sides against fraud, large orders may require basic verification (a confirmation call or matching billing/shipping details) before we release shipment. This keeps your order — and our inventory — secure.
